  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Assembled or modified items

Return Process

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Mohawk Furniture Hub is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team to facilitate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to item availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.
